Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 July 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using GirlScout, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
GirlScout is a marketplace that helps players, agents, and clubs connect around transfer opportunities. We provide tools for profiles, submissions, messaging, and credit-based transactions. We are not a football governing body, employer, or party to any transfer contract between users.
Accounts and roles
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Register only for the role that applies to you (player, agent, or club).
We may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information, abuse the platform, or violate these terms.
Credits and payments
Agents may purchase credits to submit players to club requests according to the rules shown in the product. Credit purchases are processed by Stripe and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
Pricing, pack sizes, and credit rules may change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
User content
You retain ownership of content you upload (profiles, messages, documents). You grant us a licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service.
Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. Do not harass other users or attempt to circumvent marketplace limits (such as agent or profile caps per request). See On-platform negotiations and Player transparency below.
On-platform negotiations
GirlScout is designed so clubs, agents, and players negotiate transfer opportunities through the platform's messaging and workflow tools. To protect all parties and keep an accurate record of each deal, you must not circumvent the marketplace.
What you must not do:
- Share or request personal contact details in chat or profiles to move negotiations off GirlScout — including email, phone numbers, WhatsApp, Telegram, or external links.
- Solicit or agree to continue discussions outside the platform when the introduction, submission, or lead arose from a GirlScout request, pitch, bid, or conversation.
- Use technical workarounds to bypass messaging filters, credit rules, agent caps, or other marketplace controls.
We may use automated checks to block contact information in messages. Violations may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension, or permanent account termination.
Player transparency
Players are entitled to a verified record of representation activity on GirlScout. Agent submissions are logged as agent-reported events. Club interest, trials, offers, and contracts only count as verified when the club takes action on the platform and the player sees a club-confirmed update on their timeline.
Agents must not tell players that a club is interested, has offered a trial, or is negotiating unless that status is reflected in the player's GirlScout timeline or notifications. Submissions are logged on the player's timeline when agents pitch on GirlScout.
Representation and transfers
GirlScout does not guarantee that any submission will result in a trial, contract, or transfer. Agents and players are responsible for lawful representation and compliance with FIFA, league, and national regulations applicable to them.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GirlScout is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
