GirlScout is a transfer marketplace for women's and youth football. We connect players, agents, and clubs. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use our website and services.

Account data: name, email, password (stored securely by our auth provider), and role (player, agent, club, or admin).

Profile data: passport details, position, nationality, headshots, social links, documents, and messages you send through the platform.

Usage data: logs of actions such as submissions, pitches, and credit transactions needed to operate the marketplace.

Payment data: when you purchase credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We use your data to provide the service: authentication, player passports, agent roster management, club requests, messaging, credit wallets, and transparency notifications.

We may use your email to send account-related messages. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use trusted processors to run the platform: Supabase (database, auth, file storage) and Stripe (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Other users may see information you choose to make visible — for example, public passport pages, club request listings, or messages in a conversation you participate in.

We keep account and profile data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. Admins may remove accounts that violate our terms.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, role-based access, and database row-level security. No system is perfectly secure; use a strong, unique password.
